It's frustrating. Most people with ADD/ADHD are very intelligent and have amazing gifts but the obstacles of ADD/ADHD get in the way. So often confusion and disorganization create barriers which prevent us from succeeding in our adult lives!

The past answer was to struggle with these obstacles. We run late for appointments, we forget what we need to bring, we lose jobs, we feel guilty. We work harder. We make lists. We stay up all night to finish projects and are left feeling exhausted.

Just recently, we conducted a survey of Adults with ADD/ADHD. The main complaint was the lack of practical solutions for gaining and maintaining control of adult responsibilities. Adults feeling overwhelmed search the internet, and other resources to gather information. Like pieces to a puzzle, they are left fitting together tips and hints and are left with the burden of deciding how to use them in their own lives. This process can be confusing, and overwhelming. In an attempt to be helpful, these tips can lead the reader in too many directions. They can be a wonderful accessory, but they lack the structure and detail for building a clear plan to work with.

The new answer is to build controls and systems into your life that allow you to be prepared, streamline your work and leave more free time for the fun!

The ADD Audio Coach is a clear plan, a roadmap so that you will understand what to do with every step. It is presented in a format that helps you know where to begin, what you are working toward and why it is useful. It's designed as the definitive guide to creating the control and confidence you need. Each step creates control and the lasting affect is confidence.
